I’ve posted a new update to MarcEdit. It includes updates to the RDA Helper as well as others. Here’s the list of updates:

** RDA Helper Enhancement: Abbreviations file has been extracted and made user defined.
** RDA Helper Enhancement: Option to delete GMDs
** RDA Helper Enhancement: 260$c parsing improvements
** RDA Helper Enhancement: 260$c punctuation improvements
** RDA Helper Enhancement: Abbreviation parser update
** 006/008 Electronic Resources Enhancement: Added Form Element
** Main Window Update: Panels removed, interface simplified
** MarcEdit Preference Enhancement: Option to default compile to either UTF8 or MARC8
One note — don’t be surprised if after you update, the first time you run the program the installer pops up to finish configuring the install. It should only happen the one time and occurs primarily because of changes to components in the GAC.
