MarcEdit 5.0 beta Refresh (July 21, 2005: 11:48 pst)

Small tweek to the utftomarc converter. I hadn’t upgraded its handling of non-MARC-8 characters to the new W3C format — this has been done now. New download: marcedit50_2005_07_21b.zip
