Just a quick update. I’m in the process of wrapping up the Script Maker. It will look about the same but with a number of new options in the works. First, the script maker will be able to produce new script languages. Previously, the script maker only generated vbscripts. Well, this version will create vbscript, perl and python scripts. The other major change — the script wizard will be using templates. This means that if the generated scripts are not to ones liking — close to 90% of the generated code will be able to be changed and then reused in code generation.
I’m hoping to finish this process over the holiday weekend. I guess it all depends on how much time I get Monday evening to work on this.
